We are an organization who is compassionate and dedicated to serving the intellectually and developmentally challenged individual. Our mission is to achieve this through mutual respect and self-empowerment as our door of communication swings both ways.

AREAS OF SERVICE:

COZ Community Cares, LLC programs are funded by self-pay, Medicaid, individual options and other waivers. The individuals served are offered a number of services and supportive options. Each client, along with their ISP/Behavioral Support Team is responsible for developing a program that fits their unique needs.
